Greater Tuna

Howdy y’all! Firebird Theatre and the Center for the Arts are proud to present a one-night-only staged reading of Jaston Williams’, Joe Sears’, and Ed Howard’s rip-roarin’ Texan farce Greater Tuna. Directed by Domenico Marinucci, the play stars Jimmy Utley and Patrick Force as over twenty citizens of the fictional “third-smallest” town in the Lone Star State. As we always strive to go beyond what is usually expected in staged reading productions, this performance will include the incorporation of various silly props and costume pieces by our actors for the sake of maintaining the play’s unique comedic voice. The show will take place at the Center’s Steddy Theatre on Friday, May 16th with doors opening at 6pm and a performance start time of 7pm. Tickets for the reading are $25.00 each. Concessions will be available for attendees at the Center’s bar. It’s gearing up to be a grand ol’ time! Git yer tickets while they’re hot, ya hear?
